The repair quality was great- communication of the timeline to get it done was disappointing. Est. said 3 days, it took 5. Needed to take it back, was told 20 min., it took over 3 hours.
The repair itself was great. The staff was helpful on the phone when I called and coordinating my rental car pickup/dropoff. My car looks good. The only recommendation I have is I wish they would have called me to update me regarding what my car needed after completing disassembly and what the final repair timeline would be. I had to reach out for status updates. They called me originally when notifying me they received the assignment and notifying me when my car was ready.
